The variety and high volume of nominations are clear signs that fintech achievement is alive and kicking amid the challenges of a global pandemic, volatile markets, and a steady flow of game-changers such as digital assets, ESG, and cutting-edge technologies.
The awards competition, begun in 2011, celebrates and recognizes the professionals, financial technology vendors, service providers, industry bodies, regulators, and other industry participants that have made significant strides and noteworthy achievements toward operational excellence. The voting process will begin March 14 and end on April 22. The ultimate winners of the FTF Awards are decided not by a panel of judges but by those working in the securities operations industry. FTF manages the voting process to make certain that the voters are from the industry. We think this process allows the industry to pick the winners. The only award that is not voted upon is the Editor’s Choice award, which will be announced at a later date.
